Scholarship information for Theatre and Dance majors

Please print out this scholarship form, fill it out completely, and mail it to Sandy Judice by April 14. Late or incomplete applications will not be considered. Scholarship recipients will be informed by the end of the semester. The School of Theatre & Dance awards thousands of dollars each year (in gifts ranging from $500 - $1500), so don't miss the deadline!
